Tips: What you will need for the bank    

1) Filled out application Request for Hardship Affidavit (RMA) This is found on our website and will populate for you as you enter your information!

2) Income documents: 2 most recent pay stubs and or profit and loss if you are self employed

3) Assets: Bank statements, 401k

4) Tax returns: signed and dated 2009 tax returns, all schedules 

5) 4506 T: request for tax return release this is a government form also found on our website

6) Hardship letter: signed and dated!! Explaining why you are behind and when it started and how long it will continue.

7) Financial worksheet: This is a list of your income versus your monthly expense, also provided on the website.

8) Other documents: this could be other income (child support, alimony, rent etc.. )
